Forbes and Davies Ltd is NZ's largest and one of the oldest wholesale distributors of aftermarket parts , accessories and apparel for the motorcycle and powersport industry. The company first started trading in 1948 as Motor Imports W'Sale Ltd

The Forbes and Davies Ltd group comprises of two companies.

1/ F Ferrentino Manufacturing Ltd- This company is located in Waihi and is NZ's only helmet manufacturer producing exclusively Motorcycle crash helmets. These are manufactured to international standards.

2/ Forbes and Davies Ltd - This company imports and distributes from two modern warehouses. One 19,000 sq ft warehouse on Aucklands Northshore , North Island and the second is 8,000 sq ft in Bromley, Christchurch , South Island.

We stock and sell a wide range of accessories for street, off road motorcycles and ATVs, as well as the accessories and apparel needed by the people that ride them.

We do not sell direct to the public, but have a network of hundreds of dealers throughout New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Chances are that your local motorcycle , watercraft or cycle dealer already stocks our products. You can also ask to see our catalogue at your local dealer. If they don't have the catalogued item you are looking for in stock, they will probably be able to get it within a couple of days.
