RIDE & WIN with METZELER

It’s that time of year again. Your favourite Summer Ride Event, the METZELER ELEPHANT RUN, is back! This year’s ride is taking place on SUNDAY 22nd February, 2026. So save the date, organise your mates, or turn up on your own to make some new mates. However you travel, whatever you ride, full licence or Learner, you’re ALL invited to join us.

This year we’re heading north of Auckland, on some truly great biking roads. Ride duration is around 2 hours. Our departure point is Forbes & Davies HQ, 221A Bush Rd, Rosedale, Auckland. Registration from 9:30am, with departure at 10:30am.

There will be a huge range of prizes up for grabs at the end of the ride, including... a set of FREE Metzeler tyres of your choosing, for your bike! Food and drink will also be available to purchase and there will be a trade display showcasing some of the latest and greatest motorcycle gear, from the likes of Arai, Ixon, ScorpionEXO, Gaerne, Shark, Muc-Off, Bull-It, Forma and more.

Route details will be provided at briefing, prior to departure. In addition to a traditional paper route map, we will also provide details that can be used with your GPS navigation system, or you can use the FREE Gaia GPS app, available to download from your app store. We recommend downloading the app before the ride.
